Returns & Refund Policy

At Sonu.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:​

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)

  • Digital products or downloadable software

  • Gift cards

Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and certain other items may also be non-returnable.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support at contact@sonu.pk within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing the return shipping address.

Please ensure that the returned item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:​

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@sonu.pk with details and photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.​

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
